How Human Coherence Changes the Future

In the next thirty minutes,
I’m going to teach you how to change your future —
and, if enough of us do it together,
we can change the future for all of us.

If that sounds outrageous — good! It should.
Because what I’m about to show you isn’t mysticism.
It’s physics — the physics of being human.

The body you inhabit isn’t just physical.
It’s three bodies, layered as one.
The physical body — bone, muscle, tissue — is structure.
The electrical body — the network of nerves and charge — is current.
And the somatic body is the bridge between them —
the lived, felt interface where sensation becomes awareness.
It’s how you feel the world, not just think it.

Your fascia — that silvery web inside you — is its skin,
and through it, your somatic body energetically connects to the field that connects everything — and all of us.
That’s why this isn’t philosophy. It’s conductivity.
The body is the interface to Consciousness.
Every emotion, every thought, every breath — a signal in the field.
Every flutter in your gut, every chill across your skin, every tightening in your chest — also a signal in the field.
What you’re feeling, even if you can’t yet name it,
is the inner sensation of coherence dimming —
the vanishing light of connection itself.

We are living through a collapse of coherence.
You can feel it — anxious bodies, fractured trust,
systems built to connect now feeding disconnection.

But what if this isn’t an ending?
What if it’s more like a system reboot?
What if every one of us already carries the circuitry to rebuild coherence —
not through ideology or control, but through our own biology?

By the time we finish, you’ll see that Soft Power —
the process by which you change your own future —
isn’t philosophy. It’s how life itself works. But to truly appreciate such a process, let’s unlayer the static we now live in.

The Static We Live In

You can feel it before the headlines load —
that pressure under everything that we try really hard to not notice.
The sense that even the air itself is holding its breath.

You see it in hospitals and classrooms,
in parents juggling three jobs,
in our phone scrolling every during very awkward pause of our day.

You see it in the daily clips:
crowds, shouting, flashing lights,
people being tackled or hauled into unmarked vehicles.
No matter what you believe — or what you think you’re supposed to believe —
it stings the nervous system the same way.

Our bodies know danger even when our minds are still debating it.

This is what incoherence feels like:
a culture living in fight-or-flight.
Trust draining out of the system.
Fear becoming the organizing principle.

Our attention has become currency.
Our outrage, a market.
Even rest feels like guilt.

But beneath that static, a signal still hums —
something ancient, intelligent, and remembering itself through us.
The same symmetry that shapes water, light, and breath
is still speaking in our cells.
It’s the part of us wired for rhythm, for connection, for coherence.
The same logic that moves through trees, rivers, and galaxies
is still alive in us.
We’ve just forgotten how to feel it.

Coherence, as I use it, means alignment across every scale of being —
when energy, structure, and information are vibrating in resonance.
It’s the opposite of fragmentation.
In physics, it’s when waves move in phase.
In biology, it’s when systems self-organize toward healing.
In consciousness, it’s when truth and love become the same signal.

Coherence isn’t uniformity; it’s harmony.
It’s what happens when nothing has to pretend to be what it isn’t,
and everything is allowed to play its note in tune.

But when we forget how to feel the signal,
we start building systems that forget it too.
What begins as tension in the body
becomes the building code for our institutions.

How We Lost Our Roots

To understand how we lost that signal,
you can trace its tamping throughout the industrial revolution
and into the knowledge economy.
But the one event whose impact you must understand
to grasp the magnitude of this rupture
requires traveling back to 1989.

That was the perilous cliff year — the moment connection was converted into currency.
Up until 1989, each small town and its neighboring communities
had small businesses, local Savings & Loans, local newspapers free from coercion.
These Savings & Loan banks saved people’s money,
and others in the community could borrow against it
to buy homes or start new businesses.
In 1989 they got into trouble — trouble helping people.
Rather than helping them, we auctioned them off to the highest Wall Street bidders,
and boom — Private Equity was born.

From that moment on, profit no longer grew things — it stripped them.
Private Equity learned to harvest companies the way miners strip a hillside —
pulling out value, leaving emptiness where community once lived.

We pulled the irrigation plugs on local communities allowing capital to be dispassionately allocated to those with privilege, connections, or sheer luck of the draw because the capital went from circular to conditional – at a far distance.

The Savings and Loan collapse cracked open a new playbook:
turn every shared resource into an investment vehicle.
Homes became assets.
Neighbors became markets.
Trust became leverage.

Wall Street learned to extract from the very systems that made us human.
And as the analog world gave way to digital,
our relationships were rewritten as data.

We stopped belonging to communities
and started belonging to platforms.
The forest was divided into potted plants.
Parenting became performance and the “Overs” – over-scheduling, over-protecting, over-isolation.
Education became compliance.
Work became surveillance.

Bit by bit, the connective fascia of civilization dried out.
And by the time social media arrived,
the privatization of connection was complete.

The nervous system of our species — once fluid, responsive, communal —
became a grid of braced, isolated nodes,
each buzzing with its own anxious static.

But remember:
we are not built to live this way.
Our biology still aches for coherence,
and that longing is the proof of what comes next.

Because when we remember that we are wired for connection and coherence,
the Renaissance begins — not in the clouds of ideology,
but in the circuitry of our own saltwater bodies.

What We’re Made For

Every living thing moves toward coherence.
Trees turn toward light, rivers curve toward balance, stars form where gravity hums in tune.
It’s written into matter itself — the instinct to organize through resonance.

The internal state of coherence is what ancient humans knew as love. This love (smacking hand on chest)
Not sentiment, not romance, but the felt physics of belonging.
Love is coherence made visible. Not the emotional word we know it to be today. It is here (smacking hand on chest)

Those who have brushed death describe it as a field of light — a warmth that holds everything without judgment – “unconditional love” is their best words to describe it but often indicate that words cannot fully describe.
Spellers, the non-speaking autistics who spell to communicate, live closest to that field. For where they are burdened with physical control of their bodies, they are gifted with where most no longer reach in their lifetimes – unconditional love at the Heart Field (smacking hand on chest).
They remind us that language was never the signal; coherence is.
Words are just ice chips chucked at the surface of meaning.

Animals speak it fluently.
Flocks and pods and herds synchronize heart rates.
Pets regulate our nervous systems; horses mirror our honesty.
Dogs don’t travel many miles to home because they are tracing the scent. The nervous systems are entangled.
They already live in the Heart Field (smacking hand to chest); we keep forgetting or don’t realize that we belong there too.

Your own heart emits a measurable electromagnetic wave that extends beyond your skin.
When you breathe evenly, the field arranges itself into order.
When you brace, it shatters into static.

Einstein says Energy, “E” equals “m” or mass times “c” the speed of light squared. I contend that the same can be applied to the speed of coherence, where E = m × coherence².
When coherence squares, energy multiplies.
That’s why one calm presence steadies a crowd.
That’s why a single honest act can tilt history.
That’s why love, as physics, is the most renewable force on Earth – and why it can write the future and rewrite the past.

Why It’s So Hard

If coherence is native, why can’t we stay there?

Because the world built a market out of dissonance.
When true connection was taken, fear became the cheapest imitation.
It synchronizes faster.
It promises safety through control.
It sells.

Outrage gives us the chemistry of belonging without the cost of vulnerability.
But it’s brittle.
It dries the fascia, tightens the jaw, floods the feed.
It makes us mistake adrenaline for aliveness.

Every structure around us — politics, media, commerce — is engineered to keep us slightly afraid, slightly separate.
Because incoherent bodies are profitable.
Braced nervous systems buy certainty.
And certainty has become the new opiate.

So the work isn’t to fight fear.
It’s to re-hydrate trust.
For that, we need to remember what hydration feels like in the body of consciousness itself.

So how do we begin that re-hydration? The ancients left us a map.

The Hinge

Hornification is what happens when tissue, or truth, dries out – when the last molecule of water leaves, slamming the door on its way out.
Fascia that once slipped and shimmered becomes rigid and crosslinked.
Ideas do the same.
Hornified systems can carry signal, but only as noise — brittle, loud, defensive – a selection of echo chambers that only steady the sense of foundation.

Hydration is its opposite.
It’s suppleness.
It’s the body of reality able to flex, receive, and respond.
Every path home to coherence begins with re-hydration.

The ancients mapped that process through seven bands of light – hubs of energy with distinct resonant frequencies called chakras.
Each chakra is a wavelength of consciousness rising in frequency as it climbs from tail bone to the crown of the head.
Together they form the internal geometry of truth, the measuring tape of our shift from mass to energy.
At the midpoint lies the Heart Field — the hinge where density turns luminous.

Let’s rise through them together.

The Root Chakra:

The tip of the tail bone. The first to form. This is your selfish beginning and how safe you feel outside of the comfort and safety of your family.
When hydrated, you are grounded and secure enough to handle adversity and unforeseen events with grace and experience.
When hornified, you are unsure or insecure resulting in fight, flee, or fawn to preserve self over others.
These are the literal roots of your tree. It determines how much you need a mycelial network to reach your fullest potential. When split into pots with parenting “overs” alone, you can see why our energy is stuck in mass.

The Sacral Chakra:

Just below the navel, the second wave that forms after your roots.
It’s the body’s tide — the pulse of emotion, creation, and sensual life.

When hydrated, it moves like water — fluid, curious, unashamed of pleasure or grief.
It trusts motion and lets feeling complete its cycle.

When hornified, it stiffens into control or spills into chaos.
You chase intensity because true intimacy feels unsafe.
You confuse attention for connection and mistake numbness for calm.

If your root was never safe, your sacral becomes a dam or a flood.
It forgets that expression is not indulgence; it’s exhale.

The Solar Plexus Chakra:

The bright sun behind the ribs — the forge of identity and direction.
Here you discover your Truth – for which can only happen through the rediscovery of your 10-year-old self when you were authentic about the details of your formed root chakra. Here you knew what you liked, disliked, what offended you, what triggered your curiosity, what were the things you noticed that no one else did, etc. Until you rediscover your Truth, you cannot live your Truth and if you cannot live your Truth then you cannot Love yourself and if you cannot love yourself, you cannot turn on the Heart Field.

When hydrated, you stand in honest power — not domination but radiance.
You can act without aggression, decide without deceit, and fail without collapse.

The word “vulnerable” becomes silly because living your Truth is not only liberating from Fear, but it also often triggers changes in other ways such as social attraction versus distancing based on the “authenticity” of others.

When hornified, you harden into performance.
You crave applause because self-trust has evaporated. Jealousy is always lurking.
You mistake compliance for competence and control for safety. Rules are adjusted to your needs and you seek reinforcement for your beliefs versus searching for truth.

This is where engineered incoherence traps us —
potted trees in salted soil, taught to bear fruit for the system instead of the forest.
Even when you bloom, it’s still captivity. Outside influences more easily pull us back to a familiar place – selfish, fear-based, paranoid root chakra mass than it is to draw one up to the Heart Field for which has never been felt.

The best place to start is simply to remember the sunlight is already inside you.

The Heart Chakra:

The hinge. The emerald bridge where matter turns to light.
It’s not a metaphor — it’s measurable.
When this field harmonizes, your mass literally converts to energy.

When hydrated, you radiate coherence — love as organized frequency.
The fascia hums. The room steadies. The field expands. These are the people that let things “roll off of their backs” – they still experience emotions, but they let them fade so that the resultant feelings can be synthesized as wisdom by the metabolism of the grief itself.

When hornified, the heart collapses into over care or barricades behind cynicism.
Both are dry forms of love, stripped of voltage. Jealousy and the constant wanting of more comes from the dimness of the Heart field. It is where the mask thickens. Where the somatic permeability decreases to only let the echo chamber to enter. The deeper the truth around them, the harder it is to maintain this hydrophobic state – we might be seeing indications of this stress in the world today.

Every pulse through hydrated tissue transmits truth to the collective circuit.
This is where your body becomes antenna —
where belonging stops being belief and starts being biology. But if the words do not match the feelings it is incoherent static, not a frequency broadcast. Perhaps the greatest challenge of mankind is to unshame, unpack, and deprogram what is blocking the energy flow to the Heart Field. If we don’t fix it soon, we will have a much greater heart disease epidemic in the world.

The Throat Chakra:

The narrow blue river where inner truth meets outer world.
Breath, vibration, boundary, song.

When hydrated, voice and silence both carry clarity.
You can speak from presence and listen without defending. Your words synthesize more effortlessly by removing layers of worry or performative intention. No more thinking later what you should have said, you say it in the moment. A well humming throat chakra is reverberant – it can hold “thoughts in progress” in the background while staying present in the foreground.

When hornified, the jaw locks or words gush without coherence. Your tongue twists like an internal fight over the remote control.
Noise replaces communication; honesty curdles into strategy, or it hides in deniability.

The throat remembers that sound is movement —
and every syllable you release changes pressure in the field.

The Third Eye Chakra:

The tiny pineal seed between your eye brows — the perceiver behind thought – the tuner dial of sending and receiving signal – and the baton of internal emotions.

When hydrated, it sees without distortion, connecting pattern and purpose. It sees the sea of synchronicity. It guides the fluidity between the self and Consciousness. It runs complex algorithms of the world as the energetic output of metabolized incoherence.
It knows fear’s disguise and still chooses truth.

When hornified, perception narrows into paranoia or projection.
You interpret rather than witness. You seek support for beliefs rather than truth.
You confuse certainty for vision.

You rely on your external eyes, and you don’t meditate or relax your mind.

You spend more time battling unruly emotions than seeking Truth.

Hydrated seeing isn’t prediction; it’s participation.
It’s the willingness to perceive what is real, not what is safe.

The Crown Chakra:

The soft violet hum at the top of the head, the whisper of trust.
Here, personal frequency meets the cosmic current.

When hydrated, you surrender — not to weakness but to alignment.
You remember you are made of the same light you’ve been seeking.

You realize that coherence is the trust in the net – in the lattice – the only true dance partner to Entropy.

When hornified, surrender twists into superiority or despair.
You grasp for meaning instead of dissolving into it. You release to division rather than unity. You spend a lifetime forming your echo chamber.

At the crown, individuality softens into coherence with everything.
The current flows down again through every chakra,
hydrating the entire system in the circular motion of remembrance.

This is the full circuit — the climb from root to crown and the return.
The map inside you that measures your shift from mass to energy.
And at the heart, always, the hinge where love turns the wheel.

Each center is a valve in the same current.
When one dries, the next distorts.
When enough are hydrated, the entire column sings — a human mycelium transmitting Soft Power up through the canopy of consciousness.

This is how we measure the shift of our mass into energy.
This is how the Renaissance begins in the body.

The Renaissance of Remembrance

Yes, our somatic soil has been salted by engineered incoherence and yes this seems to be hitting the hockey stick part of the curve (motioning the shape of the curve). But trust me here, this isn’t the end of civilization.
It’s the end of forgetting.

We are entering the Renaissance of Remembrance — a species remembering itself through its own fascia.
Remembering that coherence is not a luxury; it’s our native frequency.
That every hydrated heart is a broadcast tower for the future (motioning hand to chest.)

If we accept that we are living in engineered potted plants and divided forests, and we can now see the path to – with intention – hydrate and energize our fascial antennas and turn on our Heart Fields. The power of coherence squared is immense. Simply unlocking the collective Heart Fields towards coherence – universal love – then we have the power to change the future, and I don’t mean by force or protest, but by simply knowing it there… remembering it there.

Science and research have already shown us the most important aspect of consciousness in that we can change the future as well as the past. Without getting into the quantum mechanics of it, the concept is simple to explain.

The energetic realm of consciousness, that we cannot see or measure but can evidentially prove exists in multiple ways, particularly with nonspeaking autistics and those with Psi abilities or are deemed savants. If we agree it exists, then we can see how they can see future events. They also teach us that we can change future events.

I will tell you what it isn’t first.

It isn’t wishing, hoping, or praying. It isn’t masked fear or worry.

It is a “felt-forward” as though it has already happened yet but hasn’t actually happened yet. Like a past event felt forward.

Since this awakening, I occasionally pick something – a future occurrence that I think about often as though it was a recent past casual event and it is just lingering in my mind. It can also be done in moments of randomness like winning a drawing or that person you were thinking about suddenly reached out to you. YOU have the power to change your future, and WE have the power to change our collective future – back towards coherence.

If each of the millions gathering in towns and cities in peaceful demonstration simply traded their worry for feltness and softened their armor towards release, the collective power would be far greater than anyone could imagine. Why else do you think incoherence has been engineered? The thought of coherence squared is terrifying to the hornified. The ones stuck so deep into mass, whose somatic bodies are as hydrophobic as beef jerky, for whom empathy is not only unnecessary, but also forbidden and becomes the fruit of their wrath to consume. Consume most easily when you separate the forest into potted plants.

Let’s share the vision together – a united “felt forward” where the truth and raw energy of our collective nervous systems seeking the Heart Field is reaching a point of recoil back towards Coherence.
